Is my wrist too small for the Watch Orgainzer?
We provide a clear size chart for our Watch Organizer. Our design accommodates various wrist sizes, including slim wrists starting from 5.5 inches.
Please check the size chart before purchasing.
Can My Watches Fit in the Watch Organizer?
Our Watch Organizer is compatible with watch height under 18mm.
What is your warranty policy?
We are committed to delivering high-quality, long-lasting products. We offer a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please contact us with the details, and we will do our best to assist you.
What is not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Damage Due to Misuse
- Alterations
We do not cover any damage to any part of the watches resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, misuse of the product.
When will my order ship?
Processing takes 2 to 3 business days after payment completed.
How long does it take to ship?
We provide both standard and express shipping options, allowing you to choose based on your needs. All orders are dispatched directly from our logistics center in Shenzhen. Below is the estimated shipping time for each. An estimated shipping time will be shown at checkout.
- Hong Kong: 1-3 Business days
- Asian Countries: 7 Business days
- United States: 7 -12 Business days
- Canada: 9-12 Business days
- Europe: 9-12 Business days
- United Kingdom: 3-5 Business days
- New Zealand: 10-1 Business days
- Australia: 9-12 Business Day
Express Shipping - UPS or Fedex
- Most ofCountries: 2-4 Business days
- Some Countries: 4-8 Business days
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order.
Do duties, taxes, and VAT include in the price?
Any duties, taxes, VAT, or other customs clearance fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Each country will have their own rules in place with regards to imported items and we advise checking this prior to purchasing.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, except for customers in the EU or UK, where mandatory laws apply.
If you're in the EU or UK and wish to request a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery— we're happy to assist.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.The product must be unused and in new condition; a restocking fee will be charged if the product is used or damaged.
We carefully inspect each piece before shipping to customer. If you receive defective items, please contact us within 48 hours upon delivery, and we will send replacements for the affected parts at no additional cost to you.
