Is my wrist too small for the wooden pillows?
We know that feel bro. People with slim wrists often find it challenging to find the perfect watch pillows.
Our design accommodates slim wrist size, starting from 5.5 inches. Please check the size chart before purchasing.
Can My Watches Fit in the Watch Organizer?
Our Watch Organizer is compatible with watch height under 18mm. If you love nato straps, please measure the height including the straps.
Do duties, taxes, and VAT include in the price?
Any duties, taxes, VAT, or other customs clearance fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Each country will have their own rules in place with regards to imported items and we advise checking this prior to purchasing.
What is Your Return Policy?
All sales are final, except for customers in the EU or UK, where mandatory laws apply. If you're in the EU or UK and wish to request a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery; we're happy to assist.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be unused and in new condition; a restocking fee will be charged if the product is used or damaged.
We inspect each item before shipping. If you receive defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace the affected parts at no additional cost.
